How to use

1.Massage a scoop of body scrub onto dry skin for an intense exfoliation or onto damp skin for a gentler exfoliation. 2. Scrub in circular motions. 3. Let sit for a minute or two for maximum hydration. 4.Rinse off thoroughly. Repeat two to three times a week.
Pro tip:
After exfoliation, pat your skin with a towel instead of rubbing vigorously. Rubbing can cause irritation and leave you itchy. Patting also leaves some water on the skin, which should be sealed in with moisturiser after each shower.

What do body scrubs do?

Body scrubs remove dead skin cells, and so provide several benefits: They allow your skin to absorb moisturiser better. By removing dead skin cell build-up, any moisturiser applied afterward will soak into the skin more thoroughly. They unclog pores and prevent ingrown hairs.

Can I use a body scrub on my face?

Our indulgent, plant derived body scrubs are fine grain and designed to be gentle on the skin however, the skin on the face is more sensitive and delicate. As a result we don’t recommend using our CRAVE scrub on the face

Do you use the scrub on wet or dry skin?

For best results, apply it on wet skin. We recommend rinsing your skin first with warm to hot water.  This opens the pores and prepares the skin for exfoliation.  Using your hand in a circular motion just work in the scrub onto wet skin and you can feel the exfoliator gently buffing away dead skin.

Is it OK to scrub body everyday?

It's best not to use a body scrub on your skin every day. Over exfoliating your skin can leave it dry, sensitive, and irritated. It's generally safe to exfoliate your skin two to three times a week. If your skin is dry and sensitive, you may want to exfoliate only once a week

Can I use a scrub after shaving?

It’s better to wait 24 hours after shaving to use our scrub.   After shaving, the skin is much more sensitive and applying a scrub can irritate the skin.  Also, when using a salt based scrub, it can easily sting and burn if there are any small cuts that result from shaving.  For that same reason, if you have any open cuts, wounds, bruises, please wait until all is healed before using our body scrubs.
