What are the core steps to Glowing Skin?

The following are key to radiant skin:

Cleansing

Clearing your “canvas” by thoroughly removing debris like dirt, oil and pollution particles that can clog pores and cause dullness. Wash your face morning and night by massaging in a small dollop of face cleanser lightly with fingers in circular motions, working from the inside of the face out for full coverage.

Exfoliation

One of the best ways to brighten skin and boost its glow both immediately and long term is by exfoliating The process removes skin’s outer layer of dead cells so its surface is smoother and clearer and reflects light.

Apply an exfoliant such as ENZYME RESURFACING GLOW PEEL once per week sensitive or dry skin and two times maximum for other skin types.

Treat

if you're dealing with discoloration, uneven texture clogged pores or a dull complexion, a weekly mask is your remedy to calm stressed complexions and restore radiance. Our Throwback Cellular Radiance Face Mask contains high concentrations of skin-loving ingredients including Turmeric, Saffron stem cells and Hyaluronic Acid for a plumper complexion and illumination.

Hydrate + Protect

For more radiance, follow with a layer of ultra hydration, like DOYENNE AHA  FACE SERUM. When skin is adequately moisturised, it also reflects light, making it instantly appear more glowing. And be sure to shield skin with a broad-spectrum SPF such as SURGE GLOW FACE MOISTURISER + SPF 30 as exfoliation makes it more prone to sun damage,

Can diet impact skin radiance?

Ultimately, ‘good skin’ is healthy skin – and your complexion will often respond as much to what you put in your body as what you put on it. Refined sugar, highly processed food and excessive alcohol are saboteurs along with  Inflammation and stress.

In addition to wate, try drinking Aloe Vera,  a skin super-juice – especially if you suffer from conditions like eczema and psoriasis.  Also include tomato juice, which is “rich in skin-enhancing vitamin A and the antioxidant lycopene, which not only supports your complexion but also boosts your natural SPF. Adding vitamin C-rich vegetables and fruits – from cucumber to strawberries – into your water is also an easy way to help you get a glow as you hydrate.
